Once your profile is complete, you can take an AI-powered interview on Record. The interview will ask questions related to your profile details such as work experience, education, skills, and certifications to simulate a real interview experience.

How to Start the AI Interview

  1. Prepare Your Setup: Ensure your camera and microphone are ready for the interview. You must be seated in front of the camera, and background noise should be minimal. The system uses face detection to confirm you’re ready before starting the interview.
  2. Start the Interview: Once everything is set, click the “Start Interview” button. The AI will begin asking relevant questions based on the details in your profile. Be sure to answer clearly and confidently.
  3. Timed Interview: The interview is typically 10 minutes long. You’ll be assessed on both technical and non-technical skills based on your responses.
  4. Assessment Score: After the interview, the AI will evaluate your answers and provide a score based on:
    • Profile Accuracy
    • Relevance and Structure of Responses
    • Technical Skills and Communication
    The AI will also provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  5. Profile Share: If your interview score is good, it will reflect on your profile, making it valuable for recruiters. Your interview details and score will be available for sharing.
  6. Face Detection and Setup Reminder: If the camera is not detected or if you’re not positioned correctly, the interview will not proceed. Please ensure you’re alone during the interview and avoid background noise.
