Provide a short summary of the issue you are experiencing.
Describe Your Problem
Explain clearly what happened, what you expected to happen, and the steps you followed. Include any error messages or unusual behaviour.
Add Screenshot / File
Upload screenshots or files that show the issue. This helps us diagnose the problem faster.
Contact Number
Enter a valid phone number so we can contact you if we need more details.
All responses will be sent to the email mentioned in the support form.
What to Check Before Submitting
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- Refresh the page and try again once.
- Try logging out and logging in.
- Confirm that your browser permissions (camera, mic, pop-ups) are enabled, if the issue is related to interviews or recordings.
- Attach screenshots wherever possible.
