Possible Reasons:
- Slow or unstable internet
- Session expired
- Required fields not filled
- File format not supported
How to Fix:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Re-login to your account
- Make sure all required fields have valid inputs
- For file uploads: use PDF, PNG, JPG and keep size under the limit
- Use desktop for best experience
2. Skill Badges Not Showing in Skill Repository
Why it happens:
- Assessment not submitted
- Endorsement pending
- YouTube playlist not completed
- Badge rules not satisfied
Fix:
- Complete the assessment fully
- Ensure the collaborator or supervisor endorses your skills
- For YouTube: finish 100% of the playlist
- Wait 2–5 minutes for the system to sync
3. AI Interview Issues
Interview stuck, paused, or frozen
Fix:
- Check internet speed (AI interviews require a stable connection)
- Do NOT refresh the page — refreshing restarts the interview from Question 1
- Close background apps using your camera or microphone
- Use a laptop (Mobile AI interviews are not supported)
- Keep good lighting and clear audio
Camera/Mic Not Working
Fix:
- Allow browser permissions for camera + microphone
- Restart browser
- Change the camera source in system settings
4. Resume Not Downloading / Template Broken
Fix:
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Ensure your profile sections are filled: Education, Work, Projects, Certifications
- Select at least one skill before generating
- Switch between ATS and Visual Template
- Clear cache if formatting looks incorrect
5. Job Tab Locked / Cannot Apply for Jobs
Why it happens:
Job tab unlocks only when your profile meets minimum requirements.
Required to unlock Jobs:
- Education
- Work Experience
- Certificates
- Projects
- YouTube Playlist
- 12 Skill Badges
- AI Interview completed
Fix:
- Complete all profile checklist items
- Earn at least 2 matching skills for each job to apply
6. YouTube Playlist Not Converting to Course
Fix:
- Ensure video visibility is not set to private
- Playlist must have at least 1 valid video
- Try reconnecting YouTube integration
- Refresh the Learnings page
7. Slow Loading Pages
Fix:
- Check your network
- Use updated Browser
- Close heavy tabs
- Clear cache
